About Proelio HR
Hi, I’m Katy Downes, Reward Consultant and Career Coach.
In November 2024, I started Proelio HR Ltd.
Proelio, in Latin, loosely means engagement, if you dig deeper you’ll see it’s more aligned to ‘engagement in battle’ and my interpretation is that this is a dynamic, energetic company focussing on a strategic output and ready to tackle challenges head-on! I'm a reward and engagement expert, so I can help you with a variety of projects like creating an Employee Value Proposition, developing a reward strategy, or even doing a review of your job evaluation process to suggest some simplification and streamlining possibilities.
