I combine professional coaching with over 20 years' experience in senior HR, Reward and leadership consulting.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and ILM 7 Executive and Senior Level Leadership Coach, I've supported leaders across public, private and charitable organisations, helping them navigate change, influence senior decision-makers and grow into successful leaders.
